FertilityCare™ System
The Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System (CrMS) is built on a structured schedule of teacher-led instruction to help provide the best possible personal, tailored educational experience available.
You will learn how to chart your cycles and recognize biomarkers that could point toward reproductive health issues. This scientifically researched and standardized method of learning helps the client achieve the most accurate charting instruction for their intentions.
This system is not self-taught, and that's actually a good thing, regardless of whether you are working to evaluate your cycles or trying to avoid or achieve a pregnancy.
In addition to medical and reproductive information, the classes integrate teaching and individualized feedback to support healthy marriages and families.
Learning Schedule
The first step in learning the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System is to schedule an Introductory Session. These are primarily conducted on an individual basis with the woman/couple. Occasionally, larger group sessions may be scheduled. The presentation is 60 minutes but you should allow two hours total to be able to incorporate Questions and Answers and sign-ups for the Course if desired. There is no obligation to sign up by attending an Introductory Session but we ask that you consider whether or not the system might meet your needs while listening to the presentation. Currently, daytime and evening hours are available for scheduling.
Following the Introductory Session is a series of 8 private follow up appointments/sessions over the time span of one year. The first two months are the most learning intensive part of the course with 4 follow up appointments over a two month time period.
Long term follow-ups are recommended every six to twelve months after the course is completed. This schedule can be adjusted to meet your individual needs. The goal is to always utilize a standard teaching timeline that allows you to confidently manage your chart.
New charting materials can be obtained as needed for your individual situation as part of a Client Continuation Fee.
Online Learning
If you would like to learn the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System and distance or timing prevents you from attending an Introductory Session in person, please contact me about long distance options. I have provided services to women/couples in other states by either phone or online learning options.

Private Introductory Session: $85
Client Setup and Resource Fee: $125
Pricing for services (Follow Up Appointments, Referral Packages, Organic Conceptions enrollment, Additional resources) varies depending on your reproductive situation and age (teen programs are available). Pregnancy Evaluations are a reduced fee service provided by the program for all pregnancies achieved by active clients.
